Alto vuelo
This line of fine reserve wines are named after the beautiful Great Egret which frequents the ponds and waterways of the Casablanca Valley. “Alto Vuelo” means “high flight” in Spanish, and symbolizes the high, soaring quality of the wines after which it is named.
These wines are headed by our Sauvignon Blanc, which stands out due to its finesse and prize-winning quality. It is characterized by aromas of tropical fruit followed by notes of peach, white flowers and asparagus on the palate. Given the wine’s complexity, there is a surprising balance between freshness and acidity throughout. In the reds, the Pinot Noir and the blends of Cabernet / Carmenere, and Cabernet / Syrah are kept for at least 6 months in small casks of French and American oak, thus achieving a memorable union of wood and fruit.
